O dan y Bil, bydd yn rhaid i Lywodraeth Cymru ddatblygu strategaeth BSL genedlaethol, gyda mewnbwn gan gynghorydd BSL a phanel cynorthwyol, a fydd yn gosod y cyfeiriad ar gyfer datblygu cynlluniau BSL lleol gan y cyrff cyhoeddus rhestredig.

Under the Bill, it will be for the Welsh Government to develop a national BSL strategy, with input from a BSL adviser and an assisting panel, which will set the direction for local BSL plans to be developed by the listed public bodies.C1
