Mae Deddf Cydraddoldeb 2010 yn diogelu pobl rhag triniaeth annheg, ac yn galw am addasiadau rhesymol i sicrhau mynediad cyfartal at wasanaethau i bobl anabl.

The Equality Act 2010 protects people from unfair treatment, and requires reasonable adjustments to ensure equal access to services for disabled people.

Mae gan bob unigolyn hawl i driniaeth deg, a dyma sy'n sail i'n hymrwymiad i feithrin Cymru decach, un sy'n sicrhau mynediad cyfartal at wasanaethau ac yn mynd ati'n rhagweithiol i wrthsefyll anghydraddoldeb.

All individuals are entitled to fair treatment, and this underpins our commitment to fostering a more equitable Wales, one that ensures equal access to services and proactively addresses inequality.

Rwy'n credu bod pawb yn y Siambr yn sylweddoli bod rhaid inni wneud llawer iawn mwy i sicrhau bod y gymuned fyddar yn cael cyfle cyfartal mewn addysg, cyflogaeth a bywyd cyffredinol o ddydd i ddydd.

I think that everyone in this Chamber realises that we have to do an awful lot more to ensure that the deaf community have equal opportunities in education, employment and general day-to-day life.
