Finally, I turn to international relations.

Mae un cyfle olaf ar ôl yn y Senedd hon i Lywodraeth Cymru ymgysylltu'n effeithiol â'n gwaith craffu ar gynigion y gyllideb ddrafft ar gyfer cysylltiadau rhyngwladol.

There is one final opportunity left in this Senedd for the Welsh Government to engage effectively with our scrutiny of the draft budget proposals for international relations.

Ac wrth i erydiad rheolaeth y gyfraith gynyddu yn rhyngwladol, mae hynny'n cynyddu'r posibilrwydd y bydd pobl sydd wedi cael lloches yn y wlad hon yn dod yn dargedau i'w llofruddio.

And as the erosion of international rule of law increases, that increases the possibility of people who've taken refuge in this country becoming the target for assassination.

Dwi hefyd yn croesawu ymdrech y Llywodraeth yng nghyd-destun yr ymgynghoriad i geisio dysgu o enghreifftiau rhyngwladol perthnasol; dwi'n meddwl bod hwn yn bwysig dros ben.

I also welcome the Government's attempts in the context of the consultation to try and learn from international examples that are pertinent; I think that's very important indeed.

Dwi'n meddwl ei fod o'n bwysig ein bod ni'n gwrando ar yr ymgynghoriad ac yn trio annog pobl i fod yn greadigol ac yn uchelgeisiol yn yr ymatebion maen nhw'n eu rhoi, i rannu efo ni esiamplau rhyngwladol.

I think it's important that we listen to the consultation and try to encourage people to be creative and ambitious in the responses that they provide, to share international examples with us too.
