Bydd memorandwm cydsyniad deddfwriaethol arall yn cael ei osod gerbron y seithfed Senedd, a bydd pwyllgor yn cael cyfle i graffu ar bob agwedd ar y Bil fel y'i diwygiwyd cyn i'r Senedd bleidleisio ar gynnig i dderbyn y cynigion.

A further legislative consent memorandum will be laid before the seventh Senedd, and a committee will have an opportunity to scrutinise all aspects of the Bill as amended before the Senedd votes on a motion to accept the proposals.
