Ar y fframwaith statudol y byddwn yn ei ddatblygu—mae'r ymgynghoriad wedi'i gau ar hwnnw ac rydym yn ystyried barn pobl—rwy'n gobeithio y bydd hynny'n arwain at ddull mwy strategol ledled Cymru, gydag awdurdodau lleol yn cydweithio â'r trydydd sector.

On the statutory framework that we will be developing—the consultation is closed on that and we're taking account of people’s views—I hope that that will lead to a more strategic approach across Wales, with local authorities working together with the third sector.

Ac mae honno'n neges bwysig iawn, oherwydd, weithiau, mae'r trydydd sector yn cael ei hepgor braidd o'r trafodaethau hyn ac rwyf am weld awdurdodau lleol a sefydliadau'r trydydd sector yn gweithio'n agos iawn gyda'i gilydd.

And that’s a really important message, because, sometimes, the third sector does get a bit left out of these discussions and I want to see local authorities and third sector organisations working really closely together.

Nodwyd bod y trydydd sector wedi gweld dirywiad mewn gwirfoddoli ers COVID, gyda'r tebygolrwydd fod nifer o bobl heb ddychwelyd i'w rolau gwirfoddoli.

It was noted that the third sector has seen a decline in volunteering since COVID, with the likelihood that many have just not returned to their volunteering roles.

Unwaith eto, rwy'n falch bod yr Ysgrifennydd Cabinet wedi derbyn ein trydydd argymhelliad, sy'n gofyn iddo esbonio sut mae'r costau hyn wedi'u pennu, gan gynnwys y rhagdybiaethau a wnaed.

Again, I am pleased that the Cabinet Secretary has accepted our third recommendation, which asks him to explain how these costs have been determined, including the assumptions made.

Unwaith eto, a gaf i ganmol Powys am eu gwaith fel awdurdod lleol ac, yn wir, gyda'r trydydd sector ac ysgolion a sefydliadau sy'n cefnogi gofalwyr ifanc, ond hefyd oedolion ifanc?

Again, can I compliment Powys on their work as a local authority and, indeed, with the third sector and schools and organisations supporting young carers, but also young adults?
