Yn wir, mae'r ysgol yn falch iawn o'r ffaith bod ganddi nifer mor fawr o blant sy'n derbyn gofal, sy'n dewis ysgol Sant Teilo oherwydd ei pholisïau bugeiliol yn ogystal â'i gwaith yn addysgu a dysgu'r cwricwlwm.

Indeed, the school is very proud of the fact that it has such a large number of looked-after children, who choose St Teilo's for its pastoral policies as well as its curriculum teaching and learning.

Gwn fod tîm gofal lliniarol arbenigol bwrdd Betsi Cadwaladr yn gweithio gyda thîm Hosbis Dewi Sant ar y sefyllfa sydd wedi codi a'r trefniadau y bydd angen eu gwneud o ganlyniad i hynny.

I know that the Betsi Cadwaladr specialist palliative care team is working with the St David's Hospice team on the situation that has arisen and the arrangements that will need to be made as a result of that.
