Yr wythnos diwethaf, ymwelais ag ysgol addysg Prifysgol Abertawe i drafod eu darpariaeth addysg gychwynnol i athrawon, ac roeddent yn dweud wrthyf eu bod yn gwneud llawer o recriwtio yn y brifysgol.

Last week, I visited the school of education in Swansea University to talk about their initial teacher education provision, and they were telling me that they do a lot of recruitment in the university.

This is particularly pertinent in my part of the world where Gorseinon Hospital, a much-loved community hospital, is having its beds removed by Swansea Bay University Health Board and centralised in Singleton Hospital.
