Roedd Llywodraeth Cymru yn cydnabod canfyddiadau adroddiad modiwl 1 ac ailddatganodd ei hymrwymiad i ddysgu gwersi o'r pandemig, gan nodi bod camau eisoes wedi'u cymryd i wella mecanweithiau parodrwydd ac ymateb yn seiliedig ar adolygiadau mewnol.

The Welsh Government acknowledged the findings of the module 1 report and reaffirmed its commitment to learning lessons from the pandemic, stating that steps have already been undertaken to improve preparedness and response mechanisms informed by internal reviews.

Mae'r pwyllgor hefyd yn cydnabod pwysigrwydd ymgorffori gwybodaeth ac arbenigedd lleol mewn cynlluniau parodrwydd a gwytnwch.

The committee also recognises the importance of local knowledge and expertise being incorporated in preparedness and resilience planning.

Roedd tystiolaeth hefyd yn nodi pwysigrwydd adolygu anghydraddoldebau cymdeithasol a sicrhau bod y rhain yn cael eu hymgorffori'n fwy llawn mewn prosesau a strwythurau parodrwydd a gwytnwch yn y dyfodol, a chaiff hyn sylw ym mylchau (d) i (g).

Evidence also highlighted the importance of reviewing social inequalities and ensuring that these are more fully incorporated into preparedness and resilience processes and structures in future, and they’re covered in gaps (d) to (g).
