The Wales COVID-19 Inquiry Special Purpose Committee published the report that we will be debating today in March 2025.

And the starting point, of course, when you read the legislation—some kind of foundation for all of it—is the well-being of future generations Act, which sets out those four pillars in terms of sustainable development here in Wales.

There have been real, difficult issues for parents and for young people in Blaenau Gwent as we began the academic year this month, where we haven't had the bus services required to actually take people to their place of learning.
