So, item 5 is next—the Finance Committee debate: Welsh Government's spending priorities for the 2026-27 budget.

Mae'r ddadl hon wedi dod yn rhan annatod o gylch cyllideb y Senedd.

This debate has become an integral part of the budget cycle in the Senedd.

Er mwyn adeiladu ar y dystiolaeth a glywsom hyd yma, ac i lywio ein sesiwn dystiolaeth yn nhymor yr hydref, byddwn yn lansio ymgynghoriad cyn toriad yr haf i lywio ein gwaith craffu ar gynigion cyllideb ddrafft Llywodraeth Cymru.

To build on the evidence we have heard to date, and to inform our evidence session in the autumn term, we will launch a consultation ahead of the summer recess to inform our scrutiny of the Welsh Government’s draft budget proposals.

Roeddent hefyd y pwysleisio, er bod cyllideb gyffredinol Llywodraeth Cymru wedi cynyddu, fod llawer o sectorau'n parhau i wynebu ansicrwydd ariannol.

They also emphasised that, whilst the Welsh Government’s overall budget has increased, many sectors continue to face funding uncertainties.

Felly, Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet, rwy'n credu bod yna un maes y dylech ei flaenoriaethu ar gyfer eich cyllideb derfynol: cyllid ar gyfer ysgolion.

So, Cabinet Secretary, I believe there is one area that you should prioritise for your final budget: funding for schools.
