Under the Bill, it will be for the Welsh Government to develop a national BSL strategy, with input from a BSL adviser and an assisting panel, which will set the direction for local BSL plans to be developed by the listed public bodies.

Mawr obeithiaf y bydd y ddadl y prynhawn yma'n gam pwysig i'r cyfeiriad yna.

I hope that this debate this afternoon will be an important step in that direction.
