Mae'r Deddfau hynny'n cynnwys Deddf Casglu a Rheoli Trethi (Cymru) 2016, a sefydlodd Awdurdod Cyllid Cymru ac sy'n darparu'r rheolau craidd sy'n berthnasol i weinyddu dwy dreth ddatganoledig, y dreth trafodiadau tir a'r dreth gwarediadau tirlenwi.

Those Acts include the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016, which established the Welsh Revenue Authority and provides the core rules that apply to the administration of two devolved taxes, the land transaction tax and the landfill disposals tax.
