Once again, perhaps in the drafter's notes—I have not had an opportunity to read all of the explanatory memorandum—in those notes, is there some sort of table that looks at the original recommendations, and also the Welsh Government's response in accepting most of them, and that will enable us to understand how that has then been translated into the final text?
