I gcásanna ana-dheabhaidh beidh comhacht ag an bhFó-choiste chun cabhair do thabhairt uatha láithreach.

In cases of extreme urgency the Sub-Committee shall be empowered to administer immediate relief.

Beidh ar a ndualgaisí:—(a) Aruis na mbocht d'fhioscrú agus cúnamh tráthúil agus comhairlí aisiúla do thabhairt uatha mar sin chun breoiteacht do chimeád amach;

Their duties shall include:—(a) Visits to the homes of the poor, thereby giving timely aid and useful hints towards the prevention of sickness;
