Fel y nodwyd, prif swyddogaeth y Bil yw hyrwyddo a hwyluso'r defnydd o BSL yng Nghymru, ac rwy'n gobeithio ac yn credu y bydd felly'n galluogi newid cadarnhaol ym mywydau arwyddwyr BSL.

As we've indicated, the main function of the Bill is to promote and facilitate use of BSL in Wales, and I hope and believe it will therefore enable a positive change in the lives of BSL signers.

Instead of doing away with them, why don't you bring policies forward to actually grow them and allow them to take the role forward?
