Mae hyn yn mynd yn ôl i'n hawdurdodau lleol o ran safonau masnach yng Nghymru, sydd â phwerau cryfach erbyn hyn o dan Ddeddf Marchnadoedd Digidol, Cystadleuaeth a Defnyddwyr 2024 i weithredu'n gyflym yn erbyn troseddwyr.

This goes back to our local authorities in terms of trading standards in Wales, who do now have stronger powers under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 to act quickly against offenders.

Felly, mae swyddogion safonau masnach yn defnyddio'r pwerau hynny i ymchwilio i'r rhai sy'n achosi colledion ariannol a gofid, ac i gymryd camau yn eu herbyn.

So, trading officers are using those powers to investigate and take action against those who cause financial loss and distress.

We have noted both committees' report conclusions and recommendations, and we welcome the Economy, Trade and Rural Affairs Committee's conclusion that there's no reason to object to the Senedd giving consent to the Bill.
