Yn anffodus, rydym yn clywed sylwadau tebyg bob blwyddyn, ac mae hwn yn parhau i fod yn faes lle mae pobl yn disgwyl gweld gweithredu sylweddol a chanlyniadau cadarnhaol.

Sadly, we hear similar remarks each year, and this remains an area where people expect significant action and positive outcomes.

Mae hwn yn gam cadarnhaol ymlaen i'n galluogi i gyfleu'r heriau a'r rhwystrau iaith sy'n wynebu arwyddwyr BSL byddar yn effeithiol ac i ddeall ble mae'r meysydd blaenoriaeth.

This is a positive step forward in allowing us to effectively capture the challenges and language barriers faced by deaf BSL signers and to understand where the priority areas are.

Fel y nodwyd, prif swyddogaeth y Bil yw hyrwyddo a hwyluso'r defnydd o BSL yng Nghymru, ac rwy'n gobeithio ac yn credu y bydd felly'n galluogi newid cadarnhaol ym mywydau arwyddwyr BSL.

As we've indicated, the main function of the Bill is to promote and facilitate use of BSL in Wales, and I hope and believe it will therefore enable a positive change in the lives of BSL signers.

Rwyf am fanteisio ar y cyfle hwn i gofnodi fy niolch diffuant i'r comisiwn am eu hadolygiad manwl iawn, ac am eu hymgysylltiad cadarnhaol a'u cymorth wrth lunio'r ddau Fil.
