On the statutory framework that we will be developing—the consultation is closed on that and we're taking account of people’s views—I hope that that will lead to a more strategic approach across Wales, with local authorities working together with the third sector.

Mae digon o gyfleoedd i bobl fynegi barn o hyd, ac rydym yn awyddus i weld cymaint o safbwyntiau â phosibl yn cael eu mynegi.

There are still ample opportunities for people to have their say, and we encourage as many views to be expressed as possible.

Mynegodd ysgolion a darparwyr addysg bryderon penodol am y diffygion enfawr y mae ysgolion yn gweithredu o'u mewn a chynaliadwyedd hynny, felly rwy'n awyddus i glywed barn Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet ynglŷn â sut y gellid rheoli hynny'n well.

There were specific concerns raised from schools and education providers about the huge deficits that schools are functioning under and the sustainability of that, so I'd be keen to hear from the Cabinet Secretary his views on how that could be better managed.

Ac yn olaf, roedd yn ddefnyddiol ymweld â rhannau eraill o Gymru a chael barn pobl o'r tu allan i Gaerdydd.

And finally, it was helpful to visit other parts of Wales and get the views of people from outside Cardiff.

Ond rydym yn parhau i fod yn gadarn ein barn y gallwn ac y dylem wneud cymaint mwy, a gosod y safonau uchaf un mewn perthynas ag atebolrwydd ein democratiaeth.

But we remain steadfast in our view that we can and should do so much more, and set the very highest standards when it comes to the accountability of our democracy.
