I’d like to take the opportunity to reiterate some of the committee’s key conclusions following our scrutiny of the draft budget earlier this year.

There are 70,000 survivors of strokes in Wales, but we expect that number to rise dramatically in future years, so we need to try and get ahead of this issue.
