Rwy'n falch iawn ein bod wedi gallu cyflwyno Bil Diogelwch Adeiladau (Cymru) yr wythnos diwethaf.

I'm delighted that we were able to introduce that Building Safety (Wales) Bill last week.

O ran Bil Diogelwch Adeiladau (Cymru), fe fyddwch hefyd yn gwybod ein bod yn bwriadu cyflwyno hyn fesul cam, gan ddechrau'n fwyaf arbennig gydag adeiladau categori 1, sef yr adeiladau mwyaf cymhleth bob amser, yr adeiladau uwch.

In terms of the Building Safety (Wales) Bill, you'll also know that we intend to introduce this in a phased approach, starting particularly with category 1 buildings, which are always the most complex buildings, the higher buildings.

Felly, dyna lle byddwn yn ceisio cyflwyno a gwneud hyn fesul cam.

So, that's where we'll be looking to introduce and do this in a phased approach.

We are currently analysing those returns and my officials are establishing a working group on innovative finance to discuss the options to bring in alternative sources of funding.

The work has included the delivery of things such as the Tai ar y Cyd pattern book, in collaboration with 25 registered social landlords.
