Felly, cwestiwn cloi i'r Ysgrifennydd Cabinet: pa sicrwydd allwch chi ei roi na fydd unrhyw fecanwaith sy'n cael ei ystyried yn cael ei ddefnyddio i gynyddu trethi yma yng Nghymru heb y craffu priodol hwnnw gan y Senedd?

So, a closing question to the Cabinet Secretary is: what assurances can you provide that any mechanism being considered will not be used to increase tax here in Wales without that proper scrutiny from the Senedd?

Byddaf yn cymryd y pwyntiau y mae'r holl Aelodau wedi'u codi o ddifrif, ac fe af ymlaen a cheisio mynd i'r afael â rhai o'r pwyntiau hynny yn fy sylwadau cloi.

I'll take the points very seriously that all Members have raised, and I'll go through and try and address some of those points in my closing remarks.

A byddaf yn cloi fy sylwadau trwy gytuno â rhai o'r sylwadau a wnaed gan Heledd Fychan a Delyth Jewell hefyd, oherwydd mae gwersi pwysig yma i gael mynediad i'r ysgol a'r coleg i bobl.

And I'll just close my remarks by agreeing with some of the remarks made by Heledd Fychan and Delyth Jewell as well, because there are important lessons here to access school and college for people.
