—(1) Bainfidh na rialacháin seo a leanas le gach áitreabh atá cláruithe i gclár na n-uachtarlann, sé sin le rá:—

—(1) The following regulations shall apply to all premises registered in the register of creameries, that is to say:—

(j) ach amháin mar a luaidhtear ina dhiaidh seo anso, ní tabharfar isteach san áitreabh aon im nách im uachtarlainne a gheobhfar díreach o áitreabh eile atá cláruithe i gclár na n-uachtarlann.

( j ) save as hereinafter mentioned no butter, other than creamery butter obtained directly from other premises registered in the register of creameries shall be brought on to the premises.

—(1) From and after the commencement of Part III. of this Act the word "creamery" shall mean premises registered in the register of creameries or in respect of which a licence under this section has been granted and is in force.
