2° Gach Bille a gcuireann an tUachtarán a lámh leis faoin mBunreacht seo ní foláir dó é a fhógairt ina dhlí le fógra san Iris Oifigiúil, faoi ordú uaidh, á rá go bhfuil an Bille ina dhlí.

2° Every Bill signed by the President under this Constitution shall be promulgated by him as a law by the publication by his direction of a notice in the Iris Oifigiúil stating that the Bill has become law.

(b) Údarás Áitiúil do thabhairt faillí go toiliúil in aon ordú, treoir no rialachán dleathach ón Aire do chó-líona, no

( b ) a Local Authority wilfully neglects to comply with any lawful order, direction or regulation of the Minister, or

(c) Údarás Áitiúil d'fhágaint aon bhreithe, ordú no aithne ó aon Chúirt i Saorstát Éireann gan có-líona

( c ) a Local Authority fails to comply with any judgment order or decree of any Court in Saorstát Eireann,
