(3) Ní bheidh éifeacht ná feidhm in aon cheapa Iontaobhuithe ná Iontaobhuí dá ndéanfar fén alt so ag an Athair Micheál O Síocháin, O.F.M., roimh-ráite mara molfaidh agus go dtí go molfaidh an t-Aire Airgid an ceapa san.

(3) No appointment of Trustees or a Trustee by the said Reverend Michael Sheehan, O.F.M., under this section shall be valid or effectual unless and until such appointment is approved of by the Minister of Finance.

(6) Aon ghníomh a dineadh roimh rith an Achta so agus do bheadh dleathach mara mbeadh gur ritheadh an t-Acht so ní bheidh sé nea-dhleathach de bhárr oibriú éinní dá bhfuil san alt so.

(6) Nothing in this section shall operate to make illegal any act done before the passing of this Act which would have been legal if this Act had not been passed.

Ní chuirfe sé aon Stóranna amach mara dtabharfar do éileamh sa bhfuirm a bheidh orduithe, agus cimeádfa sé gach éileamh agus tíolacfa sé don Iniúchóir é.

He shall not issue any Stores unless a requisition on the prescribed form is presented to him, and he shall retain all requisitions and present same to the Auditor.

Mara ndéanfidh an Coiste an meastachán agus an t-éileamh san laistigh den aimsir cheaptha, tabharfar comhacht do Chléireach an Choiste chun a Mheastachán do thabhairt do Rúnaí Chomhairle Chontae Liathdroma agus do Roinn Rialtais Áitiúla Dháil Éireann.

Should the Committee fail to make such estimate and demand within the specified time, the Clerk of the Committee shall be empowered to furnish his estimate to the Secretary of the Leitrim County Council and to the Local Government Department of Dáil Eireann.
