—(1) Bunófar cúirt dá ngairmfar an Bínse Bóthair Iarainn agus a bheidh có-dhéanta de thriúr ball seasmhach, sé sin lé rá, cathaoirleach agus beirt ghnáth-bhall, agus isé an Seanascal a cheapfidh iad uile, ar chomhairle na hArd-Chomhairle.
—(1) There shall be established a court styled the Railway Tribunal consisting of three standing members, that is to say, a chairman and two ordinary members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Governor-General on the advice of the Executive Council.
