I gcásanna nea-láithreacht gan cead, ní gearrfar ar dhuine é do chur fé choinneáil ar feadh tréimhse is sia ná seacht lá.

In cases of absence without leave for a period not exceeding seven days, detention shall not be awarded for a period exceeding seven days.
