2° Tig leis an Uachtarán, as a chomhairle féin, diúltú do Dháil Éireann a lánscor ar chomhairle Taoisigh nach leanann tromlach i nDáil Éireann de bheith i dtacaíocht leis.

2° The President may in his absolute discretion refuse to dissolve Dáil Éireann on the advice of a Taoiseach who has ceased to retain the support of a majority in Dáil Éireann.

Tabharfar na molta san do Choiste an Teaghlaigh agus na nOspideul sna gnáth-chruinnithe bheidh acu chun glaca leo no diúltú dhóibh.

These recommendations shall be made to the Home and Hospitals Committee at its regular meetings for approval or disapproval.

(5) Aon uair a dhéanfidh an Scrúdóir Oifigiúil fén alt so diúltú do theisteas do dheona breacfa sé síos an diúltú san ar an slí orduithe.

(5) Whenever the Official Censor refuses to grant a certificate under this section he shall record such refusal in the prescribed manner.

(2) Diúltú do mhionn do thabhairt no d'fhaisnéis sholamanta do dhéanamh má orduíonn Arm-Chúirt go dleathach an céanna do thabhairt no do dhéanamh;

(2) The offence of refusing to take an oath or make a solemn declaration lawfully required by a Court-Martial to be taken or made;

(3) Diúltú d'aon scríbhinn ina chomhacht, ar seilbh aige no ar fáil aige do thabhairt i láthair má orduíonn Arm-Chúirt do go dleathach í do thabhairt i láthair;

(3) The offence of refusing to produce any document in his power, possession or procurement lawfully required by a Court-Martial to be produced by him;
