(a) aon áitreabh ina bhfuil sé údaruithe le ceadúnas aon deocha meisciúla do dhíol ina mórchoda no ina mionchoda (pe'ca ceadúnas chun ól san áitreabh an ceadúnas san no ceadúnas chun ól lasmuich den áitreabh);

( a ) any premises on which the sale by wholesale or retail of any intoxicating liquor is authorised by a licence (whether the licence be for consumption on or off the premises);

( b ) any premises where any intoxicating liquor is sold, or is supplied to members of a club, society or association other than a permanent political club;

( b ) the employment by a licensed person of a member of his family or his servant or apprentice as a messenger to deliver intoxicating liquor in sealed or corked vessels, or

(6) Baineann an t-alt so le haon tsaghas ceadúnaisí le n-a n-údaruítear deocha meisciúla do mhion-díol chun iad d'ól lasmuich den áitreabh.

(6) This section applies to licences of any description authorising the sale of intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption off the premises.
