6° Má dhiúltaíonn an tUachtarán d’achainí Sheanad Éireann tar éis comhairle a ghlacadh leis an gComhairle Stáit, nó mura gcuire an Coiste Pribhléidí a mbreith in iúl taobh istigh den tréimhse a luaitear anseo romhainn, seasfaidh deimhniú Chathaoirleach Dháil Éireann.

6° If the President after consultation with the Council of State decides not to accede to the request of Seanad Éireann, or if the Committee of Privileges fails to report within the time hereinbefore specified the certificate of the Chairman of Dáil Éireann shall stand confirmed.

Ní foláir cead na Comhairle Contae agus cead Roinn an Rialtais Áitiúla de Dháil Éireann d'fháil i gcóir aon rialachán a dhéanfidh Coiste Bainistí an Teaghlaigh Chontae.

Regulations made by the Committee of Management of the County Home are to be subject to the sanction of the County Council and of the Local Government Department of Dáil Eireann.

Beidh na Fó-choistí seo díreach fé láimh an Choiste Bhainistí agus, i dtaobh a bhfeidhmeanna agus a gcomhachtanna, beidh idir iad agus an Coiste Bainistí an cothrom céanna a bheidh idir an Coiste Bainistí agus an Chomhairle Chontae.

These Sub-Committees shall be under the direct control of the Committee of Management and shall, as regards their functions and powers, be in a similar position relative to the Committee of Management as shall be the Committee of Management to the County Council.
