(3) Gach Cléireach Cúirte Dúithche a ceapfar fén alt so sealbhóidh sé a oifig do réir na sealbhuíochta san a órdóidh an t-Aire agus íocfar leis tuarastal do réir scála a órdóidh an t-Aire le toil an Aire Airgid.

(3) Each District Court Clerk appointed under this section shall hold his office by such tenure as the Minister shall prescribe and shall be paid a salary in accordance with a scale to be prescribed by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance.

Sa chás gurb éinne amháin Cléireach an Aontais agus Cléireach na Comhairle Ceanntair, cuirfar deire len, Oifig mar Chléireach don Aontas agus cuirfar ar aois-liúntas é do réir an tuarastal a ghabhann leis an Oifig sin.

Where the Clerk of the Union is also Clerk of the District Council, his Office as Clerk of the Union shall be abolished, and he shall be superannuated on the salary attaching to that Office.

Sa chás go bhfuil Cléireach an Aontais ina Cléireach don chomhairle Thuath-cheanntair chó maith cuirfar ar ceal a oifig mar chléireach don Aontas agus cuirfar ar aois-liúntas é.

Where the Clerk of the Union is also Clerk of the Rural District Council his office as Clerk of Union shall be abolished, and he shall be superannuated.

The following offices and employments are under this section terminated:—Clerk of Union, Master, Matron, Chaplain, Nurses, Porter, Attendants, both male and female;
