CHUN AN DLÍ A BHAINEAS LE CLÁRÚ TOGHTHÓIRÍ AGUS OIBRIÚ TOGHACHÁN DO DHÁIL ÉIREANN DO LEASÚ AGUS DO DHLÚTHÚ;

TO AMEND AND CONSOLIDATE THE LAW RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS AND THE CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS TO DÁIL EIREANN;

(a) Clárú agus vótáil bhalla d'Fhórsa Cosanta Shaorstáit Éireann.

( a ) The registration of and voting by members of the Defence Force of Saorstát Eireann.

(5) Na forálacha atá san Acht so i dtaobh clárú Seanadtoghthóirí agus an Sceideal 'na thaobh a ghabhann leis ní bhainfid leis an gcéad chlár a hullamhófar fén Acht so.

(5) The provisions of this Act and the Schedule hereto regarding the registration of Seanad electors shall not apply to the first register prepared under this Act.
