(3) No appointment of Trustees or a Trustee by the said Reverend Michael Sheehan, O.F.M., under this section shall be valid or effectual unless and until such appointment is approved of by the Minister of Finance.

All such appointments shall be forthwith reported to the County Council.

Déanfar fógra deich lá ar a luíod do thabhairt ar gach ceapa den tsórt san le fógraíocht i bpáipeur nuachta sa chontae agus in aon pháipeur laethúil amháin i mBaile Átha Cliath.

At least ten days' notice shall be given of all appointments by advertisement in a newspaper in the county, and in one Dublin daily newspaper. [GA]
