—Gan dochar do sna forálacha den Acht so a bhaineann le saor-bhreith, beidh breithiúnas agus daora Arm-Chúirte gan bheith dleathach ach amháin sa mhéid go ndaingneofar an céanna ag an údarás na bhfuil údarás aige chun an céanna do dhaingniú.

—Subject to the provisions of this Act with respect to an acquittal, the finding and sentence of a Court-Martial shall not be valid except in so far as the same may be confirmed by the authority authorised to Confirm the same.
