(4) Féadfar duine a gheobhfar ag déanamh cionta i gcionnibh an Ailt seo do ghabháil gan barántas agus é thabhairt i láthair Cúirte Údaráis Achmair mar aon leis an maoin is abhar don chionta;

(4) A person found committing an offence against this Section may be apprehended without warrant, and taken, together with the property which is the subject of the offence, before a Court of Summary Jurisdiction;
