(2) Aon uair a bheidh na Coimisinéirí ar aigne aon áitreabh gan comhnaí do thógaint fén Acht so seirbheálfaid ar únaer an áitribh sin fógra seachtaine go bhfuilid ar aigne an t-áitreabh san do thógaint amhlaidh.

(2) Whenever the Commissioners intend to acquire any unoccupied premises under this Act they shall serve on the owner of such premises one week's notice of their intention so to acquire such premises.

(4) Ní tabharfar aon urraíocht fén alt so maidir le hiasacht 'na bhfuiltar ar aigne a sochar no aon chuid dá sochar d'úsáid mar chaipital oibriúcháin.

(4) No guarantee shall be given under this section in respect of a loan the proceeds or any part of the proceeds of which are intended to be used as working capital.
