Gwn fod yr Aelodau'n rhannu fy mhryder ynghylch cam-drin, bygwth ac aflonyddu ar gynghorwyr, ac mae'n wirioneddol bwysig ein bod yn rhoi camau ar waith i wella eu diogelwch.

I know Members share my concern about the abuse, intimidation and harassment of councillors, and it is really important that we take steps to improve their safety.

Roedd rhanddeiliaid hefyd yn rhannu safbwyntiau sy'n gyfarwydd i bob un ohonom, fod angen diwygio fformiwla Barnett i sicrhau bod Llywodraeth Cymru yn cael ei chyfran deg o gyllid gan Lywodraeth y DU.

Stakeholders also shared views that are familiar to all of us, that a reform of the Barnett formula is required to ensure that the Welsh Government receives its fair share of funding from the UK Government.

But, obviously, if your evidence produces interesting thoughts, considerations or proposals in these areas, you will be sharing those with us all in your Stage 1 report and recommendations.

Gan droi nawr at y naw bwlch a nodwyd gennym, mae'r rhain yn cynnwys adolygu'r model gwytnwch a pharodrwydd mwyaf effeithiol ar gyfer Cymru, atebolrwydd y Llywodraeth, rhannu data yn ystod argyfyngau ac eglurder negeseuon cyhoeddus.

Turning now to the nine gaps we've identified, these include reviewing the most effective resilience and preparedness model for Wales, Government accountability, data sharing during emergencies and clarity of public messaging.
