Roeddent hefyd yn awgrymu bod angen gwerthuso cynlluniau presennol yn well a mynd i'r afael â defnydd aneffeithlon o arian cyn archwilio syniadau newydd, sy'n adlewyrchu'r hyn a glywsom yn ein digwyddiad ym Mangor a chan Aelodau o'r Senedd Ieuenctid.

They also suggested the need for better evaluation of existing schemes and addressing inefficiencies before exploring new ideas, which mirrors what we heard at our event in Bangor and from Members of the Youth Parliament.

As a result, our first recommendation asks the Cabinet Secretary to outline how these will be incorporated, monitored and evaluated as part of the implementation of the bus franchising provisions.
