He shall enter into a bond conditioned in a penalty of £500 with two solvent sureties, or give the bond of a Guarantee Society, for the due discharge of the duties of his office.

She shall enter into a bond conditioned in a penalty of £200 with two sureties or a Guarantee Society, for the due performance of the duties of the Office.
