(5) Tabharfar amach as Prímh-Chiste Shaorstáit Éireann no a thora fáis, méid is ionann agus aon tsuim a íocfar leis an Stát-Chiste fén alt so, agus íocfar an méid sin isteach sa Ród-Chiste agus beidh sé ina chuid den chéanna.

(5) There shall be issued out of the Central Fund of Saorstát Eireann or the growing produce thereof, an amount equivalent to any sum paid to the Exchequer under this section, and such amount shall be paid into and form part of the Road Fund.

AN ACT TO ENABLE SUMS TO BE ADVANCED TEMPORARILY OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE ROAD FUND, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE REPAYMENT OF SUCH SUMS TO THE CENTRAL FUND.

(2) Ní raghaidh méid iomlán na suimeanna a roimh-íocfar isteach sa Ród-Chiste fén alt so, agus a bheidh gan aisíoc aon tráth, thar seacht gcéad go leith míle púnt.

(2) The total amount of the sums advanced to the Road Fund under this section outstanding at any one time shall not exceed the sum of seven hundred and fifty thousand pounds.
