The listed public bodies must also review their plan if directed to do so by Welsh Ministers, or if the Welsh Ministers revise the national BSL strategy.

Rwyf wedi cyfarwyddo swyddogion a Trafnidiaeth Cymru i weithio gyda rhanddeiliaid allweddol i ddatblygu nodiadau cyngor i gynorthwyo gweithredwyr i ddeall materion megis darparu gwybodaeth, trwyddedu, ac ar gyfer busnesau bach a chanolig yn arbennig, cymorth gyda chaffael.

I've instructed officials and Transport for Wales to work with key stakeholders to develop advice notes to aid operators in their understanding of matters such as information provision, permitting, and for SMEs in particular, support with procurement.

Rwyf hefyd wedi cyfarwyddo swyddogion a Trafnidiaeth Cymru i weithio gyda Chyngor Caerdydd a Chyngor Dinas Casnewydd i archwilio rôl y cwmnïau bysiau trefol presennol o dan y system fasnachfraint.

I've also instructed officials and Transport for Wales to work with Cardiff Council and Newport City Council to examine the role of the existing municipal bus companies under the franchise system.
