6 The right of pardon and the power to commute or remit punishment imposed by any court exercising criminal jurisdiction are hereby vested in the President, but such power of commutation or remission may also be conferred by law on other authorities.

(3) Aon uair a déanfar fén alt so, tar éis an díotáil d'fháil, ordú chun triail coire d'aistriú féadfar an triail sin do dhéanamh fé mar a gheobhfí an díotáil sa chúirt ’nar haistríodh an triail go dtí í.

(3) Whenever an order for the removal of the trial of a crime is made under this section after the indictment has been found, such trial may be had as if the indictment had been found in the court to which the trial is removed.
